Procedure for Attachment of Vehicles is as follows:
  1. Download the registration form or get a copy on email
  2. Fill in the relevant details as applicable and submit the self attested copy’s of supporting documents along with the registration form
  3. Documents can be submitted  online at [email protected] or offline at the registered office
  4. On acceptance of your application your credentials will be verified
  5. You can verify details through video conferencing or by personal appointment
  6. Vendor training will be imparted for applicable Surya’s Driver Code of Conduct (SDCC), Payment Gateways (PG) and usage of Surya’s Payment Settlement Procedures  (SPSP)
  7. Refundable Security Deposit of Rs 2000 has to be submitted before activation of vendor registration portal, which will give you access to  Surya’s Information Management System (SIMS) where you can check the daily routing & financial status of attached vehicles
  8. Payment Settlements will be made preferably on weekly basis through  NEFT/ ECS mode.
